
Molecular sieves are crystalline aluminosilicates (zeolites) or related microporous materials with uniform, precisely defined pore size (e.g., 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X,13x HP,13X apg). They function as shape-selective adsorbents, desiccants, and catalysts in gas separation, drying, purification, and ion exchange, relying on size exclusion and polarity to selectively trap molecules smaller than their channels.
Mainly used for drying petroleum cracked gas, olefins, refinery gas and oil field gas, as well as desiccant in chemical, pharmaceutical, insulating glass and other industries. Mainly used for liquid (such as ethanol) drying, insulating glass air drying, ammonia-hydrogen mixed gas drying, refrigerant drying, etc.

In May 2024, South Korea Electronics Factory purchased 24tons molecular sieve for drying the gas in the workshop and Deep drying of insulating transformer oil: 3Å pores selectively adsorb H₂O via ion exchange, achieving <10 ppm moisture for high-voltage equipment.
In 2025, a Japan customer bought 5 tons molecular sieve for equipment drying, 4Å molecular sieving removes H₂O/CO₂ to <20 ppm, preventing ice formation in compressor systems at -40°C.
In 2025, a Spain customer purchased 5A molecular sieve ,5Å pores exclude C₂H₄ from C₃H₆ via kinetic diameter exclusion in PSA units. The separation effect is very good.
In July 2025, a petrochemical plant in Japan purchased 36 tons of 3A molecular sieve for drying petroleum cracking gas, and after treatment, the gas drying rate reached the target value.
In November 2023, a factory in Ethiopia purchased 4A molecular sieve for ethanol drying, and the customer feedback drying value met the ideal value.
In Oct 2025, a Colombia customer bought 10 tons 13X molecular sieve 10Å pores co-adsorb acid gases via chemisorption, reducing CO₂ for cryogenic liquefaction.
